A 100% fee is charged on all products returned without the original box, used, and without all of the original product packaging Special orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee.

If you're not satisfied with any item, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price.
